§ 1
General provisions

1.. The Regulations constitute a part of the Sales Contract concluded by the Seller and the Buyer.

2. In the case of sales contracts concluded between the Client and the Seller on terms stipulated in the Regulations,  Polish law is applicable. 

3.. All disputes arising in connection with the performance of sales contracts between the Seller and the Client will be settled through negotiations aiming at amicable settlement of the dispute in the first order.

§ 2
Entry into force and amendments to the Regulations

1.. The Regulations enter into force as from the date of their release on the Shop's website.

2.. The Shop reserves the right to amend the Regulations; the amendments enter into force as from the date of their release on the Shop's website. As for the contracts concluded prior to the amendments, the Regulations that were in force as at the date of the Client's order are applicable. The new content of the Regulations will be binding for the Client upon his acceptance of amendments on which he was informed.
